SHIPPING
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of the order.
All orders are shipped from France using reliable carriers (such as Colissimo, DHL, or equivalent depending on the destination).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- the destination
- the size and nature of the artwork
For large or fragile pieces (such as furniture), specific shipping arrangements may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally.
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- customs duties
- import taxes
may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
These fees are not included in the price or shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 3–5 days
- Europe: 3–7 days
- International: 5–10 days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and customs procedures.

RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- in its original condition
- properly packaged

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
For international returns, any customs duties or fees are also the responsibility of the Customer.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

- Within 14 days after receiving the returned item
Shipping costs are not refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:

- include photos of the damage
We will provide a solution (refund or replacement when possible).
